In-Person Assisters working to further reduce uninsured during open enrollment

Given that it is open enrollment for the Washington Health Benefits Exchange, we at EHF wanted to give a huge shout out to our subsidiary Better Health Together's In-Person Assister Network (IPAN) for playing a central role in radically reducing the uninsured rate in its region. IPAN enrolled over 84,000 people in its first year of operation alone, and Spokane County's uninsured rate has dropped from about 13% in 2013 to about 5% in 2015.
