Dental Emergencies Needing Treatment Care Manager Karen Davis ran a booth offering follow up care coordination for dental clients at the August 3-4 Pathway to Health Clinic.

Over 1600 volunteers worked together to provide much needed dental, medical, and personal care for over 3000 clients at the Pathway to Health Clinic, taking place over two days at the Spokane County Fair Grounds and Expo Center.  Better Health Together's Dental Emergencies Needing Treatment (DENT) program sent over some volunteers to help provide dental services and to sign clients up for follow-up care coordination through the DENT program.  Check out the slideshow to see DENT team members Karen and Rita in action!

In addition to dental services, BHT's In-Person Assister Network manager Curt helped folks sign up for health coverage through the Washington State Health Benefit Exchange.  One of BHT's most successful programs, IPAN has helped reduce the uninsured rate in Spokane County from 13% in 2013 to 3% in 2014!
