We are always delighted to be a part of the conversation at Washington State of Reform! Take a peek at the video below, produced by the wonderful State of Reform staff, which features EHF's new Chief Strategy Officer for Health Systems, Alisha Fehrenbacher, Better Health Together Executive Director Alison Carl White, and healthcare leaders from across the state.
EHF enjoyed the January 7th State of Reform’s Seattle conference in SeaTac with EHF Vice President Kristen West Fisher, our incoming Chief Strategy Officer for Health Systems Alisha Fehrenbacher and Better Health Together Executive Director Alison Carl White serving on panels throughout the day. EHF Board Members Lisa Brown, Sue Lani Madsen and Mary Selecky were also in attendance representing EHF.
This conference is always filled with health leaders and our active presence provided a great opportunity to highlight our work to thought leaders and funders from throughout the state. This conference is particularly timely as it is held just prior to the January 11th start of the legislative session.
Take a look at Kristen's panel presentation below.
The 2015 Inland Northwest State of Reform Conference is off to a fantastic start! EHF is proud to sponsor the one-day conference again this year, as it brings together local and state leaders to foster open, cross-sector dialogue about the changing healthcare landscape in Eastern Washington. As the most diverse convening of senior healthcare leaders in our region, the Conference is a great opportunity to break down barriers and develop a better understanding of the political and practical realities of healthcare reform.
We at EHF are proud to be represented in the lunchtime and afternoon keynote discussions by our Vice President of Programs Kristen West Fisher (pictured above), and our Director of Government Relations & Communications Erica Hallock. Kristen moderates the lunch keynote on Medicaid integration with Nathan Johnson and MaryAnne Lindeblad of the Washington State Healthcare Authority, and Erica moderates the afternoon discussion with Olympia insiders Jonathan Seib, Bob Crittendon, and Jeff Gombosky about what's to come for healthcare in the legislature's 2016 session.
