First and most importantly, we want to recognize and share our appreciation to each of the more than 120 organizations that submitted applications for the first five-year cohort of the Building Connections Initiative. We know that the grant writing process requires time and energy and we want to thank you for your efforts. 

We also want to let you know that we appreciate any feedback you can share about the process. EHF is dedicated to continually improving our processes to reduce barriers for our community partners.

EHF staff and leadership is currently reviewing the more than 60 applications submitted following the eligibility screening phase of the application period. We will be selecting 20 community organizations for this initial cohort of funded partners. The evaluation process will continue through January. We will make final determinations and notify applicants of our funding determination no later than February 21, 2025.
