What’s the difference between Empire Health Foundation and the Empire Health Community Advocacy Fund?
Empire Health Community Advocacy Fund (EHCAF) is a registered 501(c)4 social welfare entity that compliments Empire Health Foundation’s (EHF) ongoing work through advocacy and policy work to advance social, racial and health justice in eastern Washington.
As a C4 organization, EHCAF can contribute to campaigns and support public policy lobbying that EHF cannot engage in due to its nonprofit status.
